Returns Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened medical aesthetic products or devices.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at luneslee@luxbeautyllc.us with your order number and reason for return.
The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For defective or damaged items, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
